Dr. Nausha Asrar
Biography
Dr. Asrar is holding a PhD degree from Moscow State University, Russia. He has a working experience over 32 years at major industries such as SABIC and Saline Water Conversion Corp. (SWCC) in Saudi, Schlumberger, and Shell Global Solutions in US, and R&D Center for Iron and Steel (SAIL) – India.
Dr. Asrar published and presented over 60 technical papers in international journals and conferences in the areas of materials development, failure problems, industrial corrosion and composite materials. He is also member of the team awarded patents in various technical areas.
Dr. Asrar has developed and taught training courses on failure analysis, metallurgy and corrosion of materials used in for oil & gas industries. He is a NACE certified Material Selection/Design Specialist, member of NACE, ASM, SPE and life member of Indian Institute of Metals.
