  • Cold eye review of failure analysis reports
  • Cold eye review of vendors procedures, reports, and capabilities 
  • Qualification of vendors workshops and processes
  • Participate in executing research projects; review investigation methods, interpretation of experimental results and critique the conclusions and recommendations
